Sanctum Weaver is basically Tolarian Academy for your enchantments, or a mana dork version of Serra's Sanctum that can fix your mana

One curious aspect of this card is that it has a much faster infinite combo with Chain of Acid, which lets you copy infinite spells and win via the magecraft mechanic, but that can be done with any indestructible artifact

A decent pilot could get a high win rate in that context, and even at some low- to mid-power casual tables
